Intro to Self Defense

This is a initial exploration into self defense principles and techniques. We go over concepts of self defense as well as teach practical techniques that are easy to perform regardless of experience or physical acumen. This seminar is for teens and adults (middle school and older).

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the self-defense seminar. Each of the instructors were so helpful in different ways, and I feel like we all came away from that with a much better understanding of how to avoid attack, as well as what to do if we are attacked. It was a really valuable experience.

They are amazing humans *and* incredible karateka. Their presentation was presented in an easy to understand, friendly, fun manner that made a potentially complex, dark, difficult to discuss subject approachable and entertaining. Their combined presentation was well-rehearsed, informed, and skillful.
I cannot say enough good things about them and their school. If you get the chance to train with them, you're only cheating yourself if you don't spend time with them.
